With over a decade of experience across cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, and managed services, I have built deep expertise spanning Microsoft Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, and a wide range of infrastructure and application technologies. My journey began at Syselcom SA and Bedag, where I worked hands-on with SharePoint, SQL Server, Exchange, Hyper-V, VMware, Active Directory, Oracle WebLogic, and early cloud platforms — building the technical foundations that shaped my architectural thinking.
After several years at Swisscom leading global public cloud initiatives and designing managed cloud services for enterprise customers, I joined Axpo Group in February 2025 as Cloud Consulting Team Lead, where I now lead a team delivering cloud strategy, architecture, and transformation services in the energy sector.
I believe that the role of the modern IT professional — whether engineer, architect, or consultant — is to make business processes run securely, consistently, and cost-effectively. Cloud-native approaches are the most powerful enabler of that goal today.
It is only a matter of the right people, the right platform, and the right investment.
10+ years of expertise delivering managed cloud services: Architect, Design, Deploy, Manage and Optimize. Scope: Lift & Shift migrations, full cloud transformations with PaaS/SaaS, landing zone design, and cloud governance.
10+ years of expertise on managed services: Architect, Design, Deploy, Manage and Optimize. Scope: Full M365 tenant migrations, hybrid configurations, governance and security.
7+ years of expertise delivering managed cloud services: Deploy, Manage and Optimize. Scope: Lift & Shift migrations, full cloud transformations with PaaS/SaaS usage.
Cloud infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and security-by-design practices. Tooling: Terraform, Azure DevOps, Ansible, and modern DevSecOps frameworks aligned with SAFe.
Leading the team responsible for the operational management of the Axpo Group Cloud Platform and delivering Azure-focused cloud consultancy to group entities and subsidiaries. Driving FinOps practices to optimize cloud spend and governance across the organization.
Led the development of cloud-native products leveraging public cloud platforms to deliver value to enterprise customers. Responsibilities spanned product vision and strategy, cloud-native architecture, agile delivery, cross-functional collaboration with engineering and DevOps teams, and defining KPIs to guide data-driven product decisions.
As DevOps Manager of the Public Cloud enabling team, led the design and delivery of managed services on AWS, Azure, and GCP. Built and led a high-performing DevOps team, implementing IaC practices, CI/CD pipelines, security and compliance controls, and robust monitoring — ensuring reliability and cost-efficiency for enterprise customers.
Member of the special application operation team, acting as operational coordinator for application initiatives across several enterprise clients. Contributed to the definition of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS service descriptions for AWS and Azure, and to the Microsoft stack service and operation team responsible for application platforms.
Held three concurrent roles: Technical Account Manager responsible for all technical customer relationship aspects; Change Manager coordinating and validating changes across Romandie; and SharePoint Specialist acting as technical leader for all SharePoint products in customer environments, including membership in the SharePoint architecture board defining Bedag's installation standards.
Embedded as an external consultant within the IT service team. Responsible for the VMware-based private cloud infrastructure and critical business platforms including SQL Server clusters and line-of-business services.
Member of the Technical Consultant Team, administering a Hyper-V private cloud and delivering IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS products to end-user customers. Developed new products and supervised deployments across SharePoint 2010/2013, Exchange 2010/2013, Windows Server, and SQL Server environments.
Member of the Professional Services team, integrating the NG|Screener fraud detection solution within customer infrastructures and developing connector modules for customer products.
Engineering degree covering information systems analysis, design, and management. Core subjects include data-driven decision making, information systems architecture, web services, network security, and artificial intelligence.
